What did I just read!!!!
QB Tyler has written a highly delicious, taboo treat! I will start off by saying that this novel certainly won't be for everyone due to the content. For me, this novel was absolute perfection.
Dominic and Stassia are two characters who have been dealt a traumatic and devastating situation to deal with. No matter how old or young you are, what they went through is a hard obstacle to deal with, and move forward from. They were there for one another though. They took each others pain, and turned it into a blossoming romance. Together, the pain they were feeling faded away, and in its place came a much deeper, more intense and emotional connection that only the other could simply understand.
In additional to the emotional connection they each felt, they also felt a highly intense physical connection to one another. I loved how Dominic simply felt out of control, and needed Stassi in order for him to be okay and complete. Stassi came alive when she was with Dominic. She was able to be herself, and in turn, she felt comfortable and protected. These scenes were off the charts hot! When you are reading, trust me, you will be left breathless, hot, and definitely panting.
Love Unexpected by QB Tyler stole my breath away. I cannot say enough positive things about it. If you enjoy a highly taboo romance, you definitely need to pick this book up for yourself!
