The Honest Affair by Nicole French was the perfect conclusion to a highly engaging series!
Nina and Matthew are a loveable pair. Throughout this series, you will become overly invested in their story, so much so, that if you were like me and waiting for the final book in the series, you thought the wait was forever (it wasn't :) ). I loved that Nicole took these characters and developed them to a certain extent that these characters were able to grow, and become individuals, while still coming together, and forming a beautiful relationship.
Despite the fact that they were each able to grow, there were certainly many downfalls, and obstacles that they needed to go through in order to become the person, and couple that they are today. These moments made me connect to the characters even more, as they were able to appear more realistic, as though they did actually need to work towards their relationship, rather than just having everything work out for them.
I certainly recommend this series to everyone. In my opinion, it is the best series written by Nicole French!
